I've been a fan of hyaluronic acid ever since I tried it for the first time, I try to be consistent with it everyday, but I'm not gonna lie, sometimes I'm too tired to even think about it so I skip it, and to tell you the truth, I don't see much of a difference when I don't use it. This got me thinking... Does Hyaluronic Acid really work ?. This is what I came up with : When used regularly IT DOES WORK, and here's why... Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is naturally found in our body, its ability to hold moisture (water) helps hydrate the skin naturally. Just like elastin and collagen, as we get older the HA found in our bodies decreases significantly so using an external HA like serums and creams can help hydrate the skin and improve elasticity. The changes are not instant, you won't apply it and see a significant difference, but overtime, your skin will thank you.
